As this bag is crafted from your own clothes, it is a customized item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if there are any issues with the craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 07 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issues and provide a repair or replacement if necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
